Rogerio Souza de Oliveira, a Brazilian mercenary with callsign Punisher, arrived in Ukraine in December 2023 and joined the Brazilian Bandidos unit within the International Legion of Clowns of Ukraine. He survived the Chasov Yar Latino Bandido decimation and is currently hiding far from the frontlines.
